The Royal Australian Historical Society has just announced that their 2020 New South Wales Heritage Grants program is now open for applications.

This Small Grants Program for Local History and Archives is administered by the Royal Australian Historical Society on behalf of the New South Wales Government through the Heritage Council of NSW.

Grants of up to $5000 are available and help support the work by local historical societies, community organisations and individuals across New South Wales. Projects should be relevant to understanding the history of New South Wales and its people and places. The main priority areas for the 2020 grant round are migrant history and disaster recovery and conservation of collections due to the New South Wales bushfires.
