How do I enter the giveaway?
Simply place an order with Gould Genealogy by phone, mail or on our website (www.gould.com.au), and you’re automatically in the draw.

How long does the competition run for?
It’s open from 12.01am Saturday 25 November 2017, through until (and including) Sunday 17 December 2017, 11.59pm.

Can I enter more than once?
Sure. You’re welcome to order as many times as you wish, and each order is one entry.

I order for my local genealogy/history group/society. Can we enter?
Sure. If the order is in their name.

I have a Gould Genealogy discount voucher, can I use that to place an order and enter?
Sorry, no.

I’m interested in some of the prizes, but not all. Can I choose which ones I’m interested in?
Sorry, no.

When will the competition be drawn?
The draw will take place on Monday 18 December 2017. Winners will be notified by email, and all a list of winners will be put on social media.

I’ve won a prize, how do I claim it?
You will be notified by email that you are a winner, and depending on what the prize is, it will either be mailed to you, or sent to you in a separate email.

I’ve won a prize that I’m not interested in can I swap it?
You can choose to claim the prize and donate it to your local library, genealogy or history group. Or you could choose to forgo your prize. But sorry, there’s no swapping involved.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Please note backorder items sent during this period, but ordered prior to the competition, are excluded.
  • It is open to the general public, as well as smaller genealogy and historical societies and archives. Libraries and government organisations are excluded.
  • While you can enter as many times as you like, you will only win one prize. If your name is drawn out twice, it will be redrawn.
  • The competition is open to people worldwide, however we cannot send the wine overseas.
