August is here, and that means that the Australian and New Zealand genealogy worlds are celebrating National Family History Month. With events held right around both countries throughout the month, there’s plenty going on. You can check them all out on on the Family History Month website, but also Google “National Family History Month 2014” and you’ll come up with plenty of mentions on other websites and blogs.

The month is an initiative of AFFHO (Australasian Federation of Family History Organisations), and relevant family history events will take place during August.
