The About Time Team are so excited. And so they should be. The 2012 About Time Festival was a huge success with both those who organised events and exhibitions, as well as those who attended. And now it’ll be one again next year. That’s right … mark your calendar or diary as About Time: South Australia’s History Festival will run from 1-31 May in 2013!
Registrations will open in November 2012 and close in early February 2013. The About Time Team will be holding a workshop for event organisers in November to help organisers prepare events for the festival and to give you the chance to meet and share ideas with other organisers.
Also you will be pleased to know that after great success in its inaugural year, “Open House Adelaide” is on again in 2013! So on the 4 & 5 May 2013, you will have the opportunity to explore some of Adelaide’s most interesting buildings and spaces – old, new and in-between. As you can imagine, this Festivlal grows every year, and the organisers are expecting 2013 to be bigger and better with many new places to discover.
