Open House Adelaide

 Open House Adelaide is part of a global network of Open House regions worldwide. With the concept of opening buildings up to the public starting in London almost 20 years ago, Adelaide joined the Open House network in 2012. They hosted their first one during South Australia’s About Time History Festival last year, and this proved incredibly popular, and it’s now it back with even more buildings around Adelaide opening their doors to the public.  One of the mega genealogy events of the year is about to kick off later this week, and that is RootsTech. Held over three days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday), this event is the second largest genealogy event in the world, with currently over 5000 people registered to attend. Warby Family Reunion, 24 March 2013

 Make yourself known as an Unlock the Past cruiser on the 3rd History & Genealogy Cruise by wearing an Unlock the Past Cruise souvenir t-shirt. We had these available for the 1st cruise and they looked fabulous, were comfortable, and helped people identify members of ‘our’ group, which when you’re on a ship that carries thousands of people, it is nice to be able to find others in our group.
