South Australian Community (History) Groups listen up … if you’re needing a little financial help with a project History SA has just made an announcement about their SA175 Grants:
2011 marks the 175th anniversary of the foundation of the Province of South Australia. To help commemorate this significant event the South Australian Government has established a special grant fund to assist community groups to acknowledge this important milestone.
Funding is available for small projects that explore any aspect of South Australia’s history. Individual grants of up to $3,000 are available with a total grant pool of $54,000. Projects must be undertaken between February 2011 and February 2012.
If you wish to participate, please read the guidelines first, and for those who wish to register you can fill in the application form online.
Applications must be submitted by close of business Wednesday 13 October 2010 or post marked 13 October 2010.
